a proposito di telluro di cadmio....e per i piu afecionados...che ce stammo a macinà le bolas con il Te.Cd che nun funziona e che in italia credo non prendera mai il volo perche stanno a fa na caciara che meta basta!!!!
stanno fermi perche....sono state fatte delle scelte sbagliate...di piu non posso dire se no me citano in triunale;-)

le pubblicazioni in nero sono generiche, quelle in rosso riguardano direttamente le amggiori direttrici di ricerca applicativa
per l industria, in aprticolare ho evidenziato il nome del Prof A Gupta di Berekley, che conosco dal 2002 e con il quale ho realizzato alcuni progetti di alimentatori e distributori di potenza proprio con gli epitassiali Ga As e Te Cd
Ogni articolo costa in media 30-50 Euro
La cosa migliore e´ iscriversi a un gruppo di studio industriale globale, oppure chiedere un parere ad AMELIO USA - N J ed alla loro societa´di ricerca RESI
