  • Sistema a gas liquido per la produzione di energia elettrica da energia termica a temperatura ambiente

    Invio sistema a pompa di calore a gas liquido. Questo progetto preleva energia termica a temperatura ambiente, ed anzichè scaricarla sotto forma di calore all'interno delle abitazioni la trasforma prima in energia meccanica e quindi in energia elettrica. Il vettore energetico è azoto liquido. In partenza, esso preleva energia termica esterna e con espansioni isobare la trasforma in energia meccanica. Il ritorno allo stato liquido è garantito da altro gas (sempre azoto liquido) con inizio di un nuovo ciclo. Il rendimento dell'impianto è sempre inferiore a 1 come si dimostra nei vari passaggi usando idonee equazioni termodinamiche. Per qualsiasi chiarimento sono quì a disposizione.

    Riassunto Riassunto Titolo : Sistema a gas liquido per la produzione di energia elettrica da energia termica a temperatura ambiente. Ho basato questa domanda su un mio vecchio brevetto (brevetto n°0001383773) che ho rielaborato utilizzando alcune tecnologie termodinamiche che non avevo considerato, e che invece adesso semplificano enormemente l'intero apparato circuitale. In questo progetto si dimostra come sia possibile produrre energia meccanica (e quindi elettrica), estraendo energia termica da acqua o aria a temperatura ambiente. Per ottenere questo è necessario un deposito di aria o azoto liquidi (o l'uno o l'altro) ben coibentati che vengono vaporizzati ed utilizzati per avviare l'impianto, dopo di chevengono riciclati e di nuovo liquefatti durante il funzionamento. Le temperature minime oscillano tra i 97 e 101 Kelvin, le massime fino a 288 Kelvin con pressioni tra 6,8 e 8 Bar. La peculiarità, oltre ai gas impiegati, (aria o azoto) è basata anche sull'utilizzo di un tubo di calore il cui funzionamento di sovente è esposto anche nei libri di termodinamica. L'impianto, con espansioni isobare (sulle turbine T1 e T2),trasforma in energia meccanica l'energia termica prelevata dall'ambiente esterno.In realtà però, nel totale dell'energia immessa nel sistema, deveessere considerata anche quella utilizzata per la compressione (N1) eliquefazione del gas, preparato in anticipo, e caricato nel tubo dicalore (scamb. Sb1). Dovendo il sistema lavorare tra 6,8 e 8 Bar (maè possibile lavorare anche a pressioni diverse),meno fluido compresso si disperderà verso l'esterno (perditeinevitabili) e più il rendimento si avvicinerà ad 1.

    Questo è l'elenco dei dispositivi più importanti : N° 2 scambiatori indicati con Sb1 (o tubo di calore) ed Sb2con radiatore Rad ;
    N° 2 turbine T1-T2 con i relativi generatorielettrici G1 e G2; N° 1 manometro M1con variazione di pressione a comando elettrico ; N° 1 compressore indicato con P1 ;
    N° 1 pompa idraulica indicatacon Pid ;
    N° 1 serbatoio di azoto N1 in alta pressione ;
    N° 1valvola VCP idraulica a controllo proporzionale ; N° 8 valvole V1-V8 ; N° 12 sensori di temperatura e 12 sensori di pressione.

    Descrizionevera e propria

    Tecnica a cuil'invenzione fa riferimento :La tecnica fa riferimento alla produzione di energia meccanica (equindi elettrica) usando l'espansione in turbina di un gas criogenico(azoto) , il cui ciclo va dallo stato liquido a quello gassoso e poidi nuovo allo stato liquido. Nello stato di gas freddo (223,5 k),assorbe energia termica ambiente, eseguendo delle espansioniisobare. Queste provocano aloro volta un raffreddamento del gas, che ricompressoed a contatto con altro fluido più freddo(sempre azoto liquido) liquefa di nuovo mantenendo il ciclo. Insostanza l'energia ambiente (fornita dal Sole,immagazzinata in ambiente e poi di nuovo irradiata verso gli stratipiù alti della nostra atmosfera)viene trasformata prima in elettricità dalle turbine, ed infineancora dissipata in energia elettromagnetica in transitocon i carichi collegati sullestesse linee elettriche.

    Tecnica preesistente: Questa si basa su impianti termoelettrici vapore-gas con espansioniin turbina in cui il fluido vettore va riscaldato ben oltre i 200 °Ccon energia termica esterna prodotta in genere da gas naturale.Esistono anche impianti solari termodinamici ad alta temperatura, cheusano lo stesso sistema, con costi di energia in ingressoirrilevanti, ma con costi di rientro alti a causa della potenzaprodotta discontinua. Il sistema proposto invece, riesce a produrreenergia elettrica prelevando energia termica ambiente a 0-5-8-10 °C(anche con acqua a -15 °C e additivo anticongelante) in modocontinuativo e con costi di ammortamento più bassi rispettoagli impianti già in funzione. Quindi il sistema presentato inquesta domanda di brevetto è di gran lunga superiore alle tecnicheesistenti attualmente sul mercato.

    Originalitàe fattibilità : Almomento, per quanto io sappia e per quanto possa aver cercato sullarete in Italia ed all'estero, non ho trovato nessuna idea che più siavvicini a quella che adesso ho presentato.L'originalitàquindi, può essere dedotta dalla mancanza di impianti preesistenti.

    Perla fattibilità (industrializzazione)i dispositivi esistono tutti e con prezzi accessibili. Non sononecessarie macchine utensili sofisticate e in commercio esistono giàmini macchine (non da molto tempo) che producono azoto liquido (oaria liquida) per le più svariate necessità.Tantoimportante è l'assemblaggio dell'algoritmo per il controllo di tuttele fasi eunsolo errore di valutazione nel concepire i cambi di stato del fluidoè sufficiente per comprometterne il funzionamento.

    Vantaggirispetto al vecchio brevetto.Come ho già accennato nel riassunto, questa nuova domanda dibrevetto si basa su un brevetto concessomi nel 2010 ( brev. N°0001383773), dove si dimostrava la possibilità di produrre energiaelettrica prelevando energia termica a temperatura ambiente. Inquesto erano presenti due circuiti, uno in cui scorreva gas Neon (costo proibitivo che oggi si aggira intorno alle 4-6000 euro a kg)sempre in bassa pressione (1-2 Bar) e temperature che oscillavanotra i 70 e 100 k, mentre nell'altro circuito scorreva aria allo stato liquido-vapore-gas. Le temperature dell'aria oscillavano tra unminimo di 110-113 k ed un massimo di 290 k. A 113 k e pressione di15 Bar veniva trasformata in liquido mentre con il recupero dienergia termica esterna aumentava di pressione fino a circa 280 barper poi espandere prima in una turbina isotermica e poi in unaadiabatica. L'impiantoprevedeva oltre alla preparazione di aria liquida (prodotta nelcircuito interno all'impianto) anche la presenza di cinque turbine(turbine n°4-5-8-12-22) e due compressori (rif n°5C-22) oltrenaturalmente ad un numero smisurato di valvole e controlli cherendevano l'impianto molto costoso, e abbastanza articolato, conperdite di pressione che costringevano ad adottare condotte e valvolecon sezioni maggiorate.

    Ilnuovo progetto invece, presenta un solo circuito con pressione dilavoro tra 6,8 e 8 Bar (e se si vuole possono essere adottate anchepressioni minori a discapito però di un maggior volume) contro ilvecchio impianto che invece aveva una pressione limite di ben 280 Barcon risvolti piuttosto pericolosi nel caso in cui basse temperaturesi fossero inserite nella zona in alta pressione. In questomalaugurato caso, le condotte sarebbero state esposte a rotturafragile con conseguenze pericolose per l'impianto e per gli operatoripresenti nelle vicinanze. La presenza di un solo circuito invece inquesto nuovo progetto, da la possibilità di impiegare un solo tipodi gas poco costoso (ad esempio Azoto liquido o Aria liquida)rispetto al Neon che invece aveva ed ha un prezzo al kg esagerato efortemente antieconomico. Nel nuovo impianto sono presenti solo dueturbine, due scambiatori e un compressore mentre le valvole dicontrollo sono solo otto. La relativa bassa pressione (6,8-8 Bar)evita pressioni di caduta notevoli nel circuito, grazie alle bassevelocità del fluido nelle condotte, e il sistema a tubo di calore,se ben controllato e coibentato, rende l'impianto molto compatto concosti di ammortamento non paragonabili in nessun modo al vecchiosistema.

    Motiviper la scelta del fluido vettore.
    Lascelta di un gas come aria o azoto, da diversi vantaggi. Sono gaspresenti in grande quantità, e prima di essere inseriti nel circuitovengono depurati da CO2 e da altri gas inquinanti, sono facilmenteliquefabili, e non asfissianti (nel caso si usi aria). IllorodeltaT medio tratemperatura ambiente e temperatura di liquefazione è abbastanzaampio (293k-97,2 k)ed hanno buona capacità termica con Cp= 1 kj / kg x °C.Il progetto che verrà descritto faràriferimento al solo fluido Azoto,ma anche per l'Aria valgono le stesse considerazioni (l'azoto è unpò più leggero dell'aria e se ne terrà conto nelle espansioniisobare sulleturbine T1 e T2 ). La eventuale presenza di ossigeno liquido, nelcaso si volesse usare Aria liquida, non pone particolari problemi disicurezza all'impianto, perchè in evaporazione (vedere nel disegnoil funzionamento della valvola VCP) l'aria liquida evaporerebbe tuttasenza lasciare residui liquidi. In ogni caso, se necessario, èpossibile montare una piccola pompa idraulica, prelevare ossigenoliquido dal fondo e spingerlo verso l'alto (nel settore esterno inSb1) polverizzandolo, oppure estrarlo per altri scopi (estrazioneper uso terapeutico o per altro scopo).

    Descrizionedel disegno n° 1
    Quìi gruppi dei dispositivi sono essenzialmente 7 :
    IlserbatoioN1in cui è presente azoto in alta pressione ;
    Iltubo di calore Sb1con in fondo ildeposito di azoto liquido indicato con liq ;
    Lavalvola a controllo proporzionale ( in cui la portata rimane semprela stessa anche se cambia la pressione) VCP; Le due turbine T1e T2con i rispettivi generatori G1e G2; Il compressore P1;Lo scambiatore Sb2incorporato al radiatore Radche ha il compito di prelevare energia termica esterna con il fluidoAlcoldenaturato;
    Levalvole a controllo elettronico V1-V6con il manometro M1.
    L'azotoliquido va inserito (o deve essere già presente) nel tubo dicalore Sb1 prima di ogni avviamento. E' evidente che ilcircuito frigorifero è chiuso a stagno (ed isolato) come unnormale circuito presente nei frigoriferi standard per evitare laperdita continua di gas che è sotto pressione, e se non lo è, servela necessaria ricarica del serbatoio di azoto N1.

    Descrizionesemplificata del circuito :Il sistema, leggendo i vari sensori,inviagas liquido (vedere disegno) nel settore esterno in Sb1 con lavalvolaVCP ( VCP preleva gas liquido a pressione critica e temperaturacritica a circa 101 k) nel deposito a 8 Bar e lo invia sul settoreesterno dove la pressione è a 6,8 Bar facendolo evaporare.Questo evapora perchè la sua temperatura (101 k) è maggiore dellasua T critica ( a 6,8 Bar è T crit = 97,2 k) e scambiaenergia con il fluido (settore interno)più caldo in discesa (T ingresso max Sb1 = 276,4 k e T min = 101k).Sale su nel settore esterno in Sb1 ed entra in T2 (produz. en. mecc.ed elettric. Su G2)poi nel compressore P1 (ricompressione), entra nello scambiatore Sb2per recuperare calore dal fluido più caldo (Alcoletil. Denaturato nel settore int.),che avendo prelevato energiatermica ambienteè in grado di cedere calore al gas in salita. In uscita da Sb2 entrain T1 (produz. en. mecc. ed elettric. SuG1),poi esce da questo per tornare in Sb1.

    L'impianto è isolato e gliattriti dei vari dispositivi vengono scaricati all'interno dellecondotte. Le perdite di gas compresso (minime ma inevitabili) vengonocompensate in tempo reale dal serbatoio in alta pressione
    N1(vederedisegno) con il manometroM1 regolatoelettronicamente ad 8 Bar. Per le efficienze si decide per le dueturbine ed il compressore P1 un rendimento= 0,6 conpressioni d'aria minime di6,8 Bar emassime di8 Bar,mentre la portata viene stabilita per semplicità a10 gr / sec.

    Descrizionedei componenti più importanti :
    Lo scambiatore o meglio tubo dicalore Sb1
    ècomposto da due settori (vedere disegno). Quello interno in cui ilfluido caldo entra con T= 276,4k(si dimostrerà in seguito questo valore ed il valore 97,2 k) equello esterno in cui il vapore-gas sale verso l'alto. Idue settori alettati, sviluppanosuperfici molto ampie e scambiano energia con delta T medieabbastanza grandi (circa 80 k). Le pressioni interne sono per ilfluido in discesa uguali a 8bar(stabilizzata da M1), mentre per la risalita la valvolaVCPne da 6,8(con una regolazione della portata media sempre di 10 gr / sec) etemperatura uguale a circa 97,2k(il compress. P1 preleva-aspira da T2 stabilizzando insieme allavalvolaregolatrice V5 la pressione a 6,8 Bar e la comprime ad 8 Barinviandola verso lo scambiatore Sb2).

    Questi valori dipendono da alcune scelte dettate dal gas in questione(vedere tabellagas Azoto, grafico generalizzato,ed ilgrafico Azoto liquido-vapore-gas).Ad 8 bar la sua Pressione ridotta = 8/34 (press crit a 1 Bar)= 0,235a cui corrisponde una T ridotta = 0,8 (vedere grafico generaliz.compressibilità.) e quindi T critica = 0,8 x 126,2 k ( temp crit a 1Bar) = 101 k, mentre a 6,8 bar ne vale 97,2 k (a 6,8 Bar è P rid =0,2 a cui corrisponde una T rid = 0,77 poi è 0,77 x 126,2 k = 97,2k).

    Ora,se si fa riferimento ad un tubo di calore, loscambiatore Sb1 si comporta esattamente come un tubo di calore. Illiquido in uscita dallaVCP rientra nel settore esterno in Sb1 scendendo da 101 k a 97,2 k se lasua pressione scende a 6,8 Bar. Il liquido in questo caso, sitrasforma in vapore, cercandodi recuperare energia termica dall'altro settore (quello interno)che in quel momento ha necessità di liquefare. E così anche con undelta T di soli 3,8 k il fluido nel settore interno liquefa. Infatticalcolando sul grafico generalizzato dei gas le rispettive energie diliquefazioneallepressioni critiche e temperature critiche, si trova che a 8 Barl'entalpia di liquefazione vale 560joul, mentre a 6,8 Bar ne vale 765joul(in riferimento alle aree comprese tra le temperature critiche giàcalcolate ed il valore T critica = 1 considerando che l'azoto haentalp. di liquef. = 197,5 kj / kg). Ne consegue che la ripartenzaverso l'alto preleva entalpia di evaporazione piùgrande (765j) che non quella di liquefazione, con un delta T costante = 3,8 k etemperature anch'essecostanti di 101 k e 97,2 k fino al valore con Z = 0,8 e Z = 0,83.

    Il cambio liquido-vapore quindi, porta con se una diminuzione ditemperatura voluta essenzialmente dal primo principio termodinamico.L'energia potenziale infatti, presente in tutti i sistemi legati(come appunto nei liquidi) ènegativa rispetto all'energia cinetica delle molecole, e il distacco(dovuto alla perdita dello stato liquido) deve necessariamenteessere compensatodall'energiacinetica con una diminuzione della temperatura chevale -24,3 k :(97,2 k – 101 k) = - 3,8 k per la diminuzione di pressione e - 20,5k per l'ent. di evap. : (560 j- 765 j) / 10 gr = -20,5 k che sommatiai -3,8 danno - 24,3 k ) (vedere grafico generalizzato).

      Descrizione ed esempio costruttivo dello scambiatore Sb1.Nella zona liquefazione-evaporazione anche con un delta T = 3,8 kvengono scambiate grandi quantità di energia. La presenza del tubodi calore (con delta T = 3 k) ne è una prova, e nel caso sidovessero usare, ad esempio, scambiatori con diametri fra i 200 (rameda 3 mm settore interno) e 280 mm (inox 4 mm settore esterno) condistanze medie tra liquefazione ed evaporazione di circa 8 cm(distanza orizzontale media tra settore interno e settore esterno),la potenza scambiata potrebbe aggirarsi in proporzione intorno ai100.000w / mq x °C senzaconsiderare la superficie delle alettature e del delta T cheaumenterebbero di molto lo scambio. Nel caso pratico in cui adesempio la superficie interna sviluppi un minimo di 5 mq (cilindro damm 200 alettato), lo scambio risulterebbe di : 5 mq x 100 kw x 3,8 k= 1,9Mw (teorico),valoreesagerato e ben al di sopra del minimo richiesto. Non è detto peròche in certe condizioni non si possano scegliere pressioni minori omaggiori rispetto a quelle programmate (e in questo secondo casovolumi molto più piccoli).

      LaVCP stabilizza la portata per qualsiasi valore di pressione, edil liquido con il cambio di stato (con diminuzione di pressione) siporterà nello stato di vapore sulla linea saturo-liquido(leggermente sopra a questa linea, (vedere grafico compress. dei gas)con fattoredi compressibilità Z uguale a circa 0,04. Ilsuo volume è di poco superiore al volume liquido e fin quando nonassorbe l'entalpia di evaporazione (765 j in verticale lungo latratteggiata con P rid = 0,2) dall'altro settore, non può aumentarene in volume ne in temperatura. Essendo però l'altro a 101 k (sett.int.), cederà entalpia di liquefazione al vapore che è invece a97,2 k e liqueferà totalmente.

      Il vapore esterno invece (sempre su Sb1), fermo a 97,2 k rimarrà così(ossia a 97,2 k) finchè non avrà prelevato tutta la sua entalpia dievaporazione uguale a 765 joul (ilprelievo di entalpia conpress. = cost= 6,8 Bar parte dal valore Z = 0,04 e va su fino al valore Z = 0,83 dopo di checontinuerà sempre in modo verticale fino al valore T = 252,1k).Percalcoli già fatti ( che verranno descritti in seguito),in ingresso alto su Sb1 è T fluido = 276,4 k eT liquefazione in basso = 101 k. In totale in liquefazione l'azotocede : (276,4 - 101 k) x 10 grammi / sec = 1754 j + 560 j (entalp.liquef ) = 2314je il vapore in salita lipreleva tutti:[(2314 - 765 entalp. evap) / 10 gr =154,9 k]+97,2 k (temp liq.vapore) = 252,1kche corrisponde alla temperatura del fluido in uscita alta Sb1 ed iningresso alla turbina T2. (La differenza di temperatura tra ingressoa 276,4 k e uscita alta a 252,1 k in energia vale [276,4 – 252,1]x 10 gr =243jè dovutaal valore dell'energia potenziale negativa e alla differenza traentalpia di evaporazione ed entalpia di liquefazione inquantopressioniminori danno entalpie di evaporazione più grandi).

        Laturbina T2 sviluppaun lavoro con P = cost = 6,8 Bar con temperature comprese tra 97,2 ke 252,1 k. La densità dell'azoto a 252,1 k vale circa 1,33 grammi /litro e nel caso la portata valga 10 gr / sec (decide VCP con lavalvola V5) il volume può valere : (10 gr : 1,33 = 7,5 lt) : 6,8 Bar= 1,1lt.Il lavoro prodotto a pressione costante ha equazione: L=P x delta V= 6,8 x 10 *5 Pascal x 0,0011 mt cubi ( 1,1 litri) =750 jouleteorici. La variazione di volume è calcolata tra volume minimoliquido-vapore (che equivale a circa 10 gr : 0,8 (densit. liquid. -vapore) = 12,5cm cubi cheperò non considero) e volume massimo gas (1,1 lt) (Il valore di Z a6.8 Bar con T = 252,1 k vale circa 0,99 per cui il gas può essereritenuto in quella zona gasperfetto, vedere per questo grafico 43).Il lavoro prodotto ed estratto in T2 genera una diminuzione ditemperatura del gas rispetto a quella in ingresso pari a circa : 750x 0,6 (effic.) = 450j equindi una T uscita = 252,1 k - ( 450 : 10 gr) = 207,1k (diminuzionedi 45 k).
        Questoè il valore in ingresso al compressore P1 (in un lavoro a pressionecostante al totale di energia va tolto il lavoro prodotto ed estrattomentre al fluido rimane una parte di energia rappresentata daun aumento di temperatura che vale : 207,1 k - 97,2 k = 109.9 k).Quindi tutti gli attriti e le perdite avute in T2 si sommano allatemperatura del gas, ed escono insieme ad esso con valore totaleuguale a 207,1 k ma impegnano il compressore P1 in un lavoromaggiore, dovendo lo stesso dispositivo comprimere fluido in ingressoad una temperatura un pò più alta.

        P1deve infatti ricomprimere adiabaticamente da 6,8 a 8 Bar, quindi:207,1 k x ( 8/6,8 ) *0,286 = 216,9 k con un delta T di 9,85 kteorici, e pratici uguale a 9,85 k :0,6 = 16,4 k. Infine il lavoronegativo è =16,4 k x10 gr = -164joule conunaTdi uscita =223,5 k( 207,1 + 16,4 = 223,5 k). Ilgas quindi, entra in Sb2 alcui interno circola alcoletilico denaturato.L'alcol rimane liquido fino a – 156 °C e ha una Cp di 2,84 kj / kgx °C per cui può prelevare energia dal radiatoreRad e cederla al fluido criogenico rimanendoperfettamente liquido.

        DaSb2 il gas (Azoto) con T = 288 k entra in T1 : densitàfluido a 288k = 1,17 gr / lt e con portata di 10 gr / sec si ha : 10gr / 1,17 = 8,54 lt / 8 Bar = 1,07 lt mentre la densità a 223,5 kvale 1,5. Da quì il volume è di : 10 gr / 1,5 = 6,6 lt / 8 Bar =0,827 lt quindi da 223,5 k a 288 k la variazione vale : 1,07- 0,827=0,243 lt. Il lavoro isobaro è infine : 8 x 10 *5 Pascal x 0,000243mt cubi = 194 joule x 0,6 (effic) =116joule.La temperatura in uscita da T1 vale : 288 k - ( 116 j : 10 gr )=276,4k comeprogrammato all'inizio.(stessacosa si ha con la R specifica del gas Azoto che vale 0,297 : (288 –223,5) x 10 gr x 0,297 x 0,6 = 115 j molto vicino ai 116 j giàcalcolati)

        Equazione Primo Principio: Il lavoro meccanico prodotto nelle turbine vale : (116 j + 450 j) = 566 joule che collegato internamente al compressore da : 566 j – 164 j = 402 j meccanici netti estratti dal sistema.Dal radiatore Rad ne entrano 645 j [(288 k – 223,5 k ) x 10 gr/sec = 645 j ] a cui vanno tolti quelli per entalpia di evaporazione che come è stato già visto sono negativi : 645 j – 243 j =402 j in accordo con il Primo Principio. Il rendimento, come si è potuto constatare vale 1, ma in pratica, perla presenza di azoto liquido(preparato in anticipo) si è sempre sotto a questo valore(non esiste azoto liquido in natura).

          Per il Secondo Principio invece è necessaria la presenza di uno scarico a più bassa temperatura rappresentato dal vapore a 97,2 k che per poter espandere e trasformare in lavoro utile tutta l'energia termica che le viene ceduta,aspetta ed assorbe tutta l'entalpia dal settore interno, più tutte le perdite.

          Entropia ed enunciato di Kelvin-Plank“Non sarà mai costruita una macchina con rendimento termico unitario, in grado di trasformare in lavoro tutto il calore ricevuto”. L'entropia quindi è una misura del disordine e la sua legge può essere enunciata come segue : “ Il disordine di un sistema isolato aumenterà sempre o tutt'al più rimarrà costante se il sistema è reversibile”.Il fluido (in partenza liquido-vapore) dopo aver attraversato verso l'alto Sb1, passa sia nel compressore che nelle due turbine producendo lavoro utile con rendimento = 0,6 e quindi aumentando il suo disordine. Infatti in uscita da T1 il gas (rispetto al vapore iniziale) è aumentato sia in temperatura che in volume. Tutto ciò conferma la legge dell'entropia crescente, ma in discesa su Sb1 (con T ingresso = 276,4 k) il suo disordine diminuisce (per effetto della diminuzione di temperatura) mentre aumenta quello del vapore in risalita.

          Questo scambio energetico però si realizza in “perfetta reversibilità” non essendoci ne sul settore interno ne su quello esterno produzione di lavoro.Per concludere quindi, il sistema proposto è un sistema tutto sommato reversibile a disordine costante (almeno all'interno della nostra atmosfera, se Sb1 è perfettamente isolato,se non si considerano le perdite di fluido verso l'esterno,e neanche l'usura dei vari dispositivi) che opera e sviluppa energia meccanica (e quindi elettrica) usando energia elettromagnetica in transito.

          Produzione ed estrazione di azoto o aria liquida :Per estrarre azoto liquido dalla valvola V3 (lasciando peròinalterata la quantità liquida nel serbatoio), si intervenire inautomatico su M1 aumentando la pressione oltre il valore 8 Bar. Laconseguenza è un aumento della quantità liquefatta in Sb1, perchèad un aumento di pressione corrisponderà una diminuzionedell'entalpia di liquefazione (il valore 560 j diminuisce se lapressione aumenta). Lasciando costante la portata (con la VCP), lavalvola preleverà sempre la stessa quantità in evaporazione (erimarrà sempre un valore in entalpia uguale a 765 j) mentre perdifferenza incrementerà la quantità di azoto in liquefazione, conil serbatoio N1 che sopperirà alla mancanza di azoto nel settoreinterno. L'estrazione di azoto liquido però, ha un costo energetico.In altre parole, una parte di energia elettrica netta prodotta fino aquel momento, verrebbeimpiegata per estrarre Azoto.L'energia consumata in più la dovrebbe assorbire il compressore P1che avendo aspirato fino a quel momento con pressione uguale a 6,8Bar sarebbe costretto a superare in uscita gli 8 Bar, ed aumentare ilsuo lavoro rispetto a quanto già programmato.

          Avviamentodell'impianto : Le valvole V1-V8sono valvole n/c a comando elettrico ad esclusione della V5che è una valvola a farfallaa controllo proporzionale. In partenza vengono parzialmente aperte levalvole V2 - V4 – V5 – V6 in modo tale che possa essere caricatoazotoliquido in Sb1 inleggera sovrappressione (78 – 80 k e circa 1,1 - 1,2 Bar).Il riempimento del serbatoio criogenico provoca l'espulsione di unaparte d'aria (presente prima di ogni avviamento) che passando in V5 easpirata lentamente dal compressore P1 (controllo velocità motoreP1) esce all'esterno lungo la valvola V6. In seguito la V2 vienechiusa ed aperta la V1 per pressurizzare lentamente il circuito conAzoto proveniente da N1 (controllo elettr. sul manometro M1) edespellere completamente l'aria residua. Il serbatoio N1 è isolato edessendo in alta pressione, alimenta l'impianto con gas in diminuzionedi temperatura (l'espansione di un gas in alta pressione provoca unaforte diminuzione di temp a causa dell'energ. potenziale negativa).La liquefazione a 101- 100 k alzerà la temperatura del depositoliquido da 78-80 k (temperatura nel momento in cui viene depositato) fino a circa 98-100 k, mentre la pressione sul circuito esterno inSb1, regolata dalla valvola V5, si alzerà dai circa 1,1 - 1,2 a 6,8Bar.

            L'espansoreScroll (o compressore Scroll) èuna turbina le cui pale hanno forma aspirale.Le prove con diversi tipi di gas hanno mediamente dato rendimentiintorno al 70 % con potenze da 1 a 3 kw. I rapporti di compressionevariano tra 2,5 e 5 e la formazione di liquido non ne intralcia ilfunzionamento. L'usura è quasi assente nonostante siano oil-free.Molto importante è anche il numero di giri della girante che inriferimento alla potenza prodotta variano tra i 1000 e 3600 giri /min. Perla valvola proporzionale (VCP) inveceè necessario che il corpo valvola sia in acciaio inossidabile (maanche gli altri dispositivi devono essere inox, oppure rame puro oalluminio puro). L'inox (anche rame) si adatta perfettamente ai gascriogenici liquidi. Anche per lavalvola a farfalla (V5) sull'alberodi trasmissione va montato un trasduttore di posizione per ilcontrollo continuo della pressione (6,8 Bar). Stessa cosa va fattaper ilcompressore P1con un controllo del numero di giri e quindi della pressione.

            Ilgrafico gas Azoto liquido-vapore-gas ha delle isobare disegnate in modo abbastanza verticale mentre lalinea ben marcata sotto separa la parte gas-vapore da quella liquida.La riga orizzontale posta a 100-101 kelvin individua i valori criticiliquido-vapore al valore 8 bar, mentre al valore critico 97,2 kdovrebbe esserci l'isobara a circa 6,8 bar.
            Ilgraficodel fattore di compressibilità riporta diversi valori di Z perdiversi gas. Applicandoad ogni gas la sua pressione critica e temperatura critica essi hannotutti lo stesso comportamento. A pressioni molto basse si comportanocome gas perfetti indipendentemente dalla temperatura, mentre atemperature elevate agiscono come gas perfetti indipendentementedalla pressione. Lo scostamento massimo si ha nella zona del puntocritico. In sostanza allora, applicando lo stesso sistema a quasitutti i gas, inteoria è possibile liquefarli e produrre energia usando questosistema.

            Descrizionedel disegno n° 2
            Peraumentare la comprensione di come il circuito funziona e completarequindi questa domanda di brevetto ho inserito il disegno n°2 in cuivengono riportati alcuni particolari, che penso, siano sufficienti achiarire quanto già sostenuto nella domanda stessa. Prima di questoperò, in equazione Primo Principio è stato detto che al valore 645j va tolta la quantità 243 j per entalpia di evaporazione (o energiapotenziale) in quanto questa ha valore negativo rispetto allavelocità delle molecole e il saldo netto positivo vale in questocaso 402 j (645 j - 243 j). A rigor di logica è anche vero che nelmomento in cui si conclude l'intero ciclo (liquefazione) il totaletra energia assorbita e ceduta (per entalpia o per altro) devetornare in equilibrio : Infatti portandosi da liquido a vapore con6,8 bar e T = 101 k il fluido riceve : +2314 j dall'altro settore inliquefazione ; - 450 j li cede nella Turbina T2 ; + 164 j li ricevedalla compressione (P1) ; + 645 j li riceve dal radiatore Rad (amb.Esterno) ; – 116 j li cede nella turbina T1 ; – 2314 j li cedenella liquefazione ad 8 bar. Il totale da un saldo positivo di + 243j che derivano dalla ricompressione da 6,8 ad 8 Bar (ed anche da unleggero recupero entalpico). (Questi vanno estratti dal tubo dicalore e riportati nel contenitore Sb2 con il regolatore Reg.presente nel disegno n° 2). Il disegno n° 1 quindi è statocompletato con l'aggiunta di un regolatore (Reg) (inseritosulla parte superiore del tubo di calore nella sez. interna) e con levalvole V7 - V8 ed è stato trasformato nel disegnon° 2.

            Il regolatore preleva una certa quantità di energiatermica in Sb1 (perchè il suo fluido è ad una temp. più bassa) ela invia in Sb2 con un valore che può cambiare tra un minimo di223,5 k e un massimo di 247,8 k agendo sulle valvole V7 e V8(valvole a controllo elettronico). Le valvole sono tenute a far siche il controllo rientri sempre nei valori programmati. In sostanzala liquefazione media può essere di circa 10 gr/sec se la T iningresso gira sempre intorno alle 276,4 k. Se invece questa li superaallora va chiusa la V7 ed aperta la V8 (serve che su Sb2 si prelevimeno energia termica dal radiatore Rad essendo il fluido in ingressopiù caldo rispetto al valore 223,5 k). Se poi la temperatura internadovesse scendere sotto a quel valore (o meglio : se ad esempio latemperatura ambiente in ingresso sul radiatore Rad scende sotto ai288 k) allora va chiusa parzialmente la V8 ed aperta in parte la V7.

              Ildelta T tra ingresso Sb1 ed uscita alta Sb1 dipende tanto dallabontà dello scambiatore. Con una differenza = 24,3 k si sta quasinelle peggiori condizioni, ed è probabile che in uno scambiatorecon buona conduttività, la differenza tra ingresso ed uscita possaessere più piccola. Se questa dovesse essere ad esempio di soli 6,4k (quindi T ing T2 = 270 k e non 276,4 k), il prelievo di energiain evaporazione supererebbe i 2314 j che corrispondono, come si èvisto, al totale di quelli ceduti in liquefazione quindi : [(270 k –97,2 k) x 10 gr = 1728 j + 765 j (ent) = 2493 j che sottratti ai 2314danno : - 179 j ]. Questa situazione porterebbe ad un aumento dellaquantità liquefatta facendo intervenire il deposito N1 perpareggiare la pressione ed anche la quantità di molecole presentinel settore interno.

              Perevitare che ciò accada,
              il sistema deve leggere in continua ladifferenza tra ingresso ed uscita alta Sb1 ed agire sulle valvole V7e V8 (controllo temp. e portata) affinchè solo il valore 64 j, inquesto caso, (6,4 k x 10 gr) entri in più effettivamente in Sb2rispetto al valore minimo stabilito che in kelvin vale 223,5 k.Insieme al regolatore Reg nel disegno è stato inserito anche ilserbatoio Serb1 in uscita dalla turbina T2 per megliostabilizzare la pressione a 6,8 Bar. Una semplificazione delcircuito è ottenibile lavorando anche con una sola turbina, ossiasolo con la T2, ma a scapito della potenza netta prodotta.

              Perconcludere allora, nel sistema entrano : [(402 j (Rad) + 164 j (P1)]= 566 j termici Dal sistema escono : (450 j + 116 j) = 566 jmeccanici ; Netto prodotto ed estratto 402 j meccanici (566 j – 164j = 402 j mecc). Purtroppo sono stati esclusi tanti altriparticolari, (tabelle tecniche, descrizione accurata degliscambiatori, sensori, algoritmi per il controllo di processo,impianto elettrico, schede per il controllo velocità dei motori,ecc. ecc.) che penso però, non siano necessari all'accoglimentodella domanda stessa.

              Scissionedella CO2 e depurazione ambiente : Persemplicità descrittiva è stata omessa la descrizione del blocco chedepura e liquefa Aria, dalla quale poi vengono ricavati ancheossigeno e azoto liquidi.Inogni caso la preparazione di aria liquida è abbastanza semplice ma ècomunque necessaria per rendere autonomo l'intero sistema. Questocomporta una decarbonizzazione del fluido, edin più se si vuole, anche una scissione della CO2 prelevando unaparte di energia dall'impianto stesso.In sostanza si produce prima idrogeno ed ossigeno da elettrolisi,poi si utilizza H2 in combinazione con la CO2. Il risultato dagrafite, acqua, calore e di nuovo ossigeno.

                  Spett.le office UIBM good morning After receiving your Pec I proceeded tomodify and correct the various comments also based on the telephonesuggestions made by the Ing. Enrico Porcaro. Sincerely TiberiusSimonetti Summary Title : Liquid gas system for the production ofelectricity from energy temperature.
                  Ibased this application on my old patent (patent no. 0001383773) thatI reworked using some thermodynamic technologies that I didn't haveconsidered, and which now greatly simplify the entire apparatusCircuit. In this project, it shows how it is possible to produceenergy (and therefore electric), extracting thermal energy from wateror air to room temperature. To achieve this you need an air ornitrogen deposit well-insulated liquids (or one or the other) thatare vaporized and used to plant, after which they are recycled andliquefied again during the Operation.
                  Minimumtemperatures range from 97 to 101 Kelvin, maximums up to 288 Kelvinwith pressures between 6.8 and 8 Bar. The peculiarity, in addition togases (air or nitrogen) is also based on the use of a heat tube whoseoften is also exhibited in thermodynamic books. The plant, withisobare expansions (on the T1 and T2 turbines), it transforms intomechanical energy thermal energy taken from the outside environment.In reality, however, in total energy entered into the system, theenergy used in the system must also be considered. compression (N1)and gas liquefaction, prepared in advance, and loaded heat pipe(scamb. Sb1). Having to the system work between 6.8 and 8 Bars (butit is work even at different pressures), less compressed fluid willdisperse outwards (inevitable losses) and the closer the return willcome 1.
                  Thisis the list of the most important devices: No. 2 exchangers indicatedwith Sb1 (or heat tube) and Sb2 with Rad radiator ; No. 2 T1-T2turbines with their G1 and G2 electric generators; Number 1 M1 gaugewith electrical pressure change; No. 1 compressor indicated with P1;Number 1 hydraulic pump indicated with Pid ; No. 1 N1 nitrogen tankin high pressure; No. 1 hydraulic VCP valve with proportional control; Number 8 V1-V8 valves; Number 12 temperature sensors and 12pressure sensors.
                  Actualdescription Technique to which the invention refers : The techniquerefers to the production (and therefore electric) using the turbineexpansion of a gas cryogenic (nitrogen) , the cycle of which goesfrom the liquid to the gaseous state and then again liquid state. Incold gas (223.5 k), it absorbs thermal energy performing isobareexpansions. These in turn cause a cooling of the gas, which isrecompressed and in contact with other colder fluid (always liquidnitrogen) liquefies again while maintaining the cycle.
                  Essentially,energy environment (provided by the Sun, stored in the environmentand then radiated again layers of our atmosphere) is firsttransformed into electricity turbines, and finally dissipated intoelectromagnetic energy in transit with connected loads on the samepower lines. Pre-existing technique : This is based on steam-gasthermoelectric systems with turbine expansions in which the vectorfluid needs to be heated well beyond 200 degrees Celsius with thermalenergy typically produced by natural gas. There are also implantshigh-temperature thermodynamics, using the same system, withhigh-temperature irrelevant inbound energy, but with high re-entrycosts due to the power discontinuous output.
                  Theproposed system, on the other hand, manages to produce electricitytaking ambient thermal energy at 0-5-8-10 degrees Celsius (even withwater at -15 degrees Celsius and anti-freezing additive) on anongoing basis and with lower depreciation costs plants already inoperation. So the system presented in this question far superior tothe existing techniques on the market.
                  Originalityand feasibility : At the moment, as far as I know and as far as I mayhave searched on the net in Italy and abroad, I have not found anyidea that the closer to the one I've now presented.
                  Originality,therefore, can be inducted from the lack of pre-existing implants.For feasibility (industrialization) the devices exist all and withprices Accessible. Sophisticated and commercially sophisticatedmachine tools are not needed there are already mini machines (not fora long time) that produce liquid nitrogen (or air liquid) for avariety of needs.
                  Soimportant is the assembly of the algorithm control of all phases anda single misjudgment in conceiving changes in fluid state issufficient to compromise its operation. Advantages over the oldpatent.
                  AsI have already mentioned in the summary, this new patent applicationis based on a patent granted to me in 2010 ( Brev. No. 0001383773),where the possibility of producing electricity was demonstratedtaking thermal energy at room temperature.
                  Inthis there were two circuits, one in which Neon gas flowed(prohibitive cost that today hovers around 4-6000 euros per kg)always in low pressure (1-2 Bar) and temperatures that fluctuatedbetween 70 and 100 k, while in the other circuit flowed air in theliquid-vapor-gas state. Air temperatures fluctuated between a minimumof 110-113 k and a maximum of 290 k.
                  At113 k and pressure of 15 Bar was turned into liquid while with therecovery of external thermal energy increased pressure to about 280bars per then expand first into an isothermal turbine and then intoan adiabatic.
                  Theplant provided for in addition to the preparation of liquid air(produced in the internal circuit five turbines (turbines4-5-8-12-22) and two turbines compressors (ref no.5C-22) as well as,of course, a huge number of valves and controls that made the plantvery expensive, and quite articulate, with leaks forcing pipes andvalves with increased sections. The new project, on the other hand,has only one circuit with work pressure between 6.8 and 8 Bar (and ifyou want, even minor pressures can be adopted at the expense of ahigher volume) against the old plant that had a limit pressure 280bars with rather dangerous implications in case low temperaturesinserted into the area under high pressure.
                  Inthis unfortunate case, the pipelines would have been exposed tofragile rupture with dangerous consequences for the plant andoperators nearby. The presence of a single circuit this new project,giving it the ability to use only one type of inexpensive gas (e.g.Liquid nitrogen or liquid air) compared to the Neon that had and hasa exaggerated and highly uneconomic price per kg.
                  Inthe new plant, there are only two turbines, two exchangers and acompressor, while the control are only eight. The relative lowpressure (6.8-8 Bar) avoids significant fall in the circuit, thanksto the low speeds of the fluid in the pipes, and the heat tubesystem, if well controlled and insulated, makes the system verydepreciation costs are not comparable in any way to the old system.
                  Reasonsfor choosing the vector fluid. The choice of a gas such as air ornitrogen, several advantages. They are gases present in largequantities, and before they are inserted into the co2 and otherpolluting gases are easily cleaned of CO2 and other polluting gases,they are easily liquefiable, and non-asphyxiating (in case you useair).
                  Theiraverage delta T between temperature liquefaction temperature is quitelarge (293 k-97.2 k) and have good thermal capacity with Cp is 1kj/kg x C. The project that will be described will reference tonitrogen fluid alone, but also to Air, the same considerations(nitrogen is a little lighter than air and will be taken into accountin isobare expansions on the T1 and T2 turbines).
                  Whetherthere is oxygen liquid, in case you want to use Liquid Air, does notpose any particular problems safety at the plant, because itevaporates (see in the design the operation liquid air wouldevaporate without leaving liquid residue.
                  Inin any case, if necessary, you can mount a small hydraulic pump, pickup liquid oxygen from the bottom and push it upwards (in the externalsector in Sb1) pulverizing it, or extracting it for other purposes(extraction for therapeutic or therapeutic use) for another purpose).

                    Here the device groups are essentially 7: The N1 tank wherethere is nitrogen in high pressure; The Heat tube Sb1 withthe liquid nitrogen deposit indicated with liq ; Theproportional control valve (where the flow rate remains thesame even if the pressure changes) VCP ; The two T1 and T2turbines with their respective G1 and G2; The compressor P1; The Sb2 exchanger built into the Rad radiator that has thetask of taking external thermal energy with denaturedalcohol fluid; The V1-V6 electronically controlled valves withthe M1 gauge. Liquid nitrogen must be inserted (or mustalready be present) in the Heat tube Sb1 before each startup.It is clear that the refrigerator circuit is closed in tin (andsuch as a normal circuit in standard refrigerators to avoidcontinuous gas leak that is under pressure, and if it is not,you need the necessary refill N1 nitrogen tank. Simplifieddescription of the circuit : The system, reading the varioussensors, sends gas liquid (see design) in the external sectorin Sb1 with the VCP valve ( VCP critical pressure liquid gasand critical temperature at about 101 k) in the 8 Bar depositand sends it on the outside sector where the pressure is at6.8 Bar evaporating.This evaporates because its temperature (101 k) is higher ofits critical T (at 6.8 Bar is T crit plus 97.2 k) and exchangesenergy with the fluid (internal sector) warmer downhill (Tinput max Sb1 : 276.4 k and T min 101 k). Rises up in theexternal sector in Sb1 and enters T2 (produz. en. mecc. andelecttric. On G2) then in the compressor P1 (recompression),enters the Exchanger Sb2 for recover heat from the warmerfluid (Alcohol etil. Denatured in the int. having taken ambientthermal energy is able to give heat to the gas in Climb.Outgoing from Sb2 enters T1 (produz. en. mecc. and electtric. On G1), then it comes out of this is to return toSb1. The system is insulated and the frictions of the variousdevices are dumped inside the pipes.Compressed gas leaks (minimum but minimal arecompensated in real time by the high-pressure tank N1(seedrawing) with the M1 gauge electronically adjusted to 8 Bars.For efficiencies are decided for the two turbines and the P1compressor a yield of 0.6 with minimum air pressures of 6.8Bars and maximums of 8 bars, while the flow rate isestablished for simplicity at 10 gr /sec.Description of the most important components : Theexchanger or better Sb1 heat consists of two sectors (seedesign). The inner one where the fluid hot enters with T plus276.4 k (you will later prove this value and the value 97.2 k)and the outer one where the gas-steam rises upwards.The two sectors areetta, develop very large surfaces andexchange energy with medium delta Ts enough (about 80 k).Internal pressures are for the downhill fluid equal to 8 bars(stabilized by M1), while for the ascent the VCP valve from 6.8(with a adjustment of the average flow rate always by 10gr/sec) and temperature equal to about 97.2 k (thecompressed.P1 takes-aspira from T2 stabilizing together with the valve V5pressure at 6.8 Bar and compresses it to 8 Bar sending it tothe Exchanger Sb2).These values depend on some of the choices dictated by thegas in question (see table nitrogen gas, generalized graph,and the liquid-vapor-gas nitrogen graph). 8 bar its ReducedPressure : 8/34 (press crit to 1 Bar) : 0.235 to which a Tcorresponds reduced 0.8 (see general graphcompressionability.) and then Critical T is 0.8 x 126.2 k (1 Bartime crit) - 101 k, while at 6.8 bars it's worth 97.2 k (at 6.8Bar is P rid 0.2 with a T rid plus 0.77 then 0.77 x 126.2 k plus97.2 k).Now, if you refer to a heat tube, the Sb1 exchanger behavesjust like a heat tube. The liquid coming out of the VCP is partof the sector 101k to 97.2k if its pressure drops to 6.8k.The liquid in this case, turns into steam, trying to recoverthermal energy from the other sector (the internal one) thatat that time needs liquefy. And so even with a delta T of only3.8 k the fluid in the liquefied internal sector.In fact calculating the respective liquefaction energies on thegeneralized gas graph critical pressures and criticaltemperatures, you find that at 8 Bar the entalpia ofliquefaction 560 jouls, while at 6.8 Bar it is worth 765 jouls(in reference to the areas included between the criticaltemperatures already calculated and the critical T value is 1considering that nitrogen has entalp. liquef. 197.5 kj/kg).As a result, the start to the high takes larger evaporationetarpation (765 j) than the one of liquefaction, with aconstant T delta of 3.8 k and temperatures also constant at101 k and 97.2 k up to the value with Z plus 0.8 and Z plus0.83.The liquid-vapor change, therefore, brings with it a decreasein temperature essentially wanted by the firstthermodynamic principle. Potential energy In fact, present inall related systems (as in liquids) is negative compared tokinetic energy of molecules, and detachment (due to loss ofstate (liquid) must necessarily be compensated by kineticenergy with a decrease in the temperature that is worth -24.3 k : (97.2 k – 101 k) - 3.8 k for the pressure decreaseand - 20.5 k for the ent. evap. : (560 j- 765 j) / 10 gr --20.5k that combined with -3.8 damage - 24.3 k ) (seegeneralized graph).Description and constructive example of the Exchanger Sb1.In the area liquefaction-evaporation even with a delta T plus3.8 k are exchanged large amount of energy. The presenceof the heat pipe (with delta T plus 3 k) is proof of this, and if,for example, exchangers with diameters between 200(copper from 3 mm internal sector) and 280 mm (stainless 4mm external sector) with average distances between liquefaction and evaporation of about 8 cm (averagehorizontal distance between sector external sector), theexchanged power could be around proportionately around100,000 w/sqm x .C without considering the surface area ofthe fins and delta Ts that would greatly increase theexchange.

                      In the practical case where, for example, the interior surfacedevelops a minimum of 5 sqm (200 mm cylinder), theexchange would result in: 5 sqm x 100 kw x 3.8 k plus 1.9Mw (theoretical), exaggerated value and well above theminimum required.However, it is not said that under certain conditions it is notmay choose pressures that are less or greater than thosethat are programmed (and in in this second case muchsmaller volumes).The VCP stabilizes the flow rate for any pressure value, andthe liquid with the change of state (with pressure decrease)will bring you into the state of steam on the saturated-liquidline (slightly above this line, (see graph Z compressibilityfactor of about 0.04.Its volume is slightly more than liquid volume and until itabsorbs the evaporation entalpia (765 j vertically along thedash with P rid plus 0.2) from the other sector, cannotincrease in volume or temperature.However, being the other at 101 k (Sept. int.), it will yieldsteam liquefaction entalpia which is instead at 97.2 k and willliquefie totally. The outer steam, on the other hand (alwayson Sb1), stationary at 97.2 k will remain this way (i.e. until ithas taken all its evaporation entalpia equal to 765 joul (thewithdrawal of entalpia with press. and goes up to the value Zplus 0.83 after which it will always continue vertically until tothe T value is 252.1 k).For calculations that have already been made (which will bedescribed below), in High input on Sb1 is T fluid is 276.4 kand T liquefaction at the bottom is 101 k. In total inliquefaction the nitrogen yields : (276.4 - 101 k) x 10grams / sec - 1754 j - 560 j (entalp. liquef ) 2314 j and the uphill steam picks them all up : [(2314 - 765 entalp. evap) /10 gr .154.9 k]-97.2 k (temp liq. steam) - 252.1 k whichcorresponds to the high Sb1 output fluid temperature andinbound to the T2 turbine. (The difference between input at276.4 k and high output at 252.1 k in energy is worth [276.4– 252.1] x 10 gr plus 243 j is due to the value of negativepotential energy and the difference between evaporationentalpia and liquefaction entalpia as it minor pressures givelarger evaporation ephthalpies).The T2 turbine develops a job with P-cost -6.8 Bar withtemperatures included between 97.2 k and 252.1 k. Thenitrogen density at 252.1 k is worth about 1.33 grams/litreand if the flow rate is worth 10 gr/sec (decides VCP with theV5 valve) the volume may be Value : (10 gr : 1.33 th 7.5lt) : 6.8 Bar : 1.1 lt.The work produced at constant pressure has equation: L -P xdelta V is 6.8 x 10-5 Pascal x 0.0011 cubic mt (1.1 litres)theoretical joules. The change in volume is calculatedbetween minimum liquid-vapor volume (which equates toabout 10 grams : 0.8 (liquid density - steam) - 12.5 cubiccm, but not maximum gas volume (1.1 lt) (The value of Z at6.8 Bar with T is 252.1 k is worth about 0.99 so the gas canbe considered in that perfect gas zone, see 43).The work produced and extracted in T2 generates a decreasein gas temperature compared to the incoming temperature ofabout : 750 x 0.6 (effic.) and then a T output is 252.1 k -( 450 : 10 gr) plus 207.1 k (decrease of 45 k). This is theinput value to the P1 compressor (in a constant pressure jobat the total energy must be removed from the work producedand extracted while the fluid remains a part of the energyrepresented by a temperature increase that is worth : 207.1k - 97.2 k plus 109.9 k).So all the frictions and losses in T2 add up to the gastemperature, and come out along with it with a total valueequal to 207.1 k but engage the P1 compressor in a greaterjob, having the same device compress incoming fluid to aslightly higher temperature. P1 must in fact recompress adiabametically from 6.8 to 8Bar, so: 207.1 k x ( 8/6.8 ) .0.286 plus 216.9 k with atheoretical 9.85 k delta T, and practical equal to 9.85 k : 0.6plus 16.4 k.Finally, the negative work is 16.4 k x10 gr . .164 joules witha T of output : 223.5 k ( 207.1 plus 16.4 plus 223.5 k). Thegas then enters Sb2 into which denatured ethyl alcoholcirculates.Alcohol remains liquid up to – 156 degrees Celsius and has aCp 2.84 kj/kg x C so you can take energy from the Radradiator and give it to the cryogenic fluid while remainingperfectly liquid. From Sb2 the gas (Nitrogen) with T - 288 kenters T1 : fluid density at 288k plus 1.17 gr/lt and with arange of 10 gr/sec you have : 10 gr / 1.17 th 8.54 lt / 8 Baris 1.07 lt while the density at 223.5 k is worth 1.5. Fromhere the volume is : 10 gr / 1.5 th 6.6 lt / 8 Bar : 0.827 lt sofrom 223.5 k to 288 k the variation is worth : 1.07- 0.827 to0.243 lt. Isobaro work is finally : 8 x 10 :5 Pascal x 0.000243cubic mt : 194 joules x 0.6 (effic) .116 joules.The temperature coming out of T1 is worth : 288 k - ( 116 j :10 gr ) programmed at the beginning. (same thing you havewith the nitrogen gas specific R that is worth 0.297 : (288 –223.5) x 10 gr x 0.297 x 0.6 th 115 j very close to the 116 jalready calculated)Equation First Principle: The mechanical work produced inturbines is worth : (116 j 450 j) - 566 joules that areconnected internally to the compressor from : 566 j – 164 j402 j net mechanics extracted from the system.From the Rad radiator enter 645 j [(288 k – 223.5 k ) x 10gr/sec 645 j ] to which those for evaporation entalpia shouldbe removed that as has already been seen are negative :645 j – 243 j th 402 j in accordance with the First Principle.The yield, as we have seen, is worth 1, but in practice, forthe presence of liquid nitrogen (prepared in advance) you arealways under this (there is no liquid nitrogen in nature).For the Second Principle, on the other hand, the presence ofa lower temperature represented by the 97.2 k steam that inorder to expand and turn all the thermal energy that is givento you into useful work, waits and absorbs all the entalpiafrom the domestic sector, plus all the losses.Entropy and Kelvin-Plank's statement"There will never be a machine built with unit thermal yield,able to turn all the heat into work received." Entropy istherefore a measure of disorder and its law can be"The disorder of an isolated system will always increase orincrease. at most will remain constant if the system isreversible." The fluid (starting after crossing upwards sb1, it passesboth in the compressor and in the two turbines producinguseful work with a yield of 0.6 and thus increasing hisdisorder. In fact, the gas (compared to the initial steam) hasincreased in the output of T1 both in temperature andvolume.

                        All this confirms the law of entropy ascending, but downhillon Sb1 (with T input 276.4k) its clutter decreases (as aresult of the decrease in temperature) while it increasessteam ascent.This energy exchange, however, takes place in "perfectreversibility" since there is no domestic sector and externallabour production.To conclude therefore, the proposed system is a reversiblesystem to disorder (at least within our atmosphere, if Sb1 isperfectly isolated, if outward fluid leaks are not considered,nor are the wear and tear of the various devices) thatoperates and develops mechanical (and therefore electrical)energy using electromagnetic energy in transit.Production and extraction of nitrogen or liquid air : To extractliquid nitrogen from the V3 valve (leaving the liquid quantityin the tank unchanged), action is taken automatically on M1by increasing the pressure beyond the value 8 Bar. The consequence is an increase in the liquefied amount inSb1, because at an increase in pressure will correspond to adecrease in liquefaction entalpia (the value 560 j decreases ifthe pressure increases).Leaving the flow rate constant (with the VCP), the valve willalways take the same amount in evaporation (and will alwaysremain a value in entalpia equals 765 j) while for difference itwill increase the amount of nitrogen in liquefaction, with theN1 reservoir that will make up for the lack of nitrogen in thedomestic sector.The extraction of liquid nitrogen, however, has an energycost. In other words, a portion of the net electricity producedup to that point, would be used to extract nitrogen. The extraenergy consumed should absorb the P1 compressor thathaving sucked up to that point with pressure equal to 6.8 Barwould be forced to pass the 8 Bars on the way out, andincrease his work compared to what has already beenplanned.Plant start- : V1-V8 valves are electric-controlled n/c valvesV5, which is a proportionally controlled throttle. In V2 - V4 -V5 – V6 valves are partially opened in such a way that liquidnitrogen can be loaded into Sb1 in slight overpressure (78 –80 k and 1.1 - 1.2 Bar).The filling of the cryogenic tank causes the ejection of a partof air (present before each start) that passing in V5 andvacuumed P1 (P1 engine speed control) exits to the outsidealong V6 valve. The V2 is then closed and opened topressurize nitrogen from N1 (electrification control on thegauge) M1) and completely expel the remaining air.The N1 reservoir is insulated and being in high pressure,feeds the plant with decreasing temperature gases (theexpansion of a high-pressure gas causes a sharp decrease intemperature to because of the energ. negative potential).The liquefaction at 101- 100 k will raise the temperature ofthe liquid deposit from 78-80 k (temperature at the timeuntil about 98-100 k, while the pressure on the outer circuit in Sb1, regulated by the V5 valve, will rise from about 1.1 -1.2 to 6.8 Bar.Description of some devices and graphs attached The Scrollexpander (or Scroll compressor) is a turbine whose bladesare shaped like Spiral. Trials with different types of gas haveon average yielded returns around 70% with powers of 1 to 3kw.Compression ratios vary between 2.5 and 5 and liquidformation does not hinder its operation. Wear is almostabsent despite being oil-free.The number of turns on the turn that is very important isalso very important. in reference to the power produced varybetween 1000 and 3600 rpm.For the proportional valve (VCP) on the other hand, the valvebody must be made of steel (but other devices must also bestainless, or pure copper or pure aluminum).The stainless (also copper) is perfectly suited to liquidcryogenic gases. Also for the throttle (V5) on thetransmission shaft, a position transducer for continuouspressure control (6.8 Bar).Same what should be done for the P1 compressor with a lapnumber control and then pressure.

                          The liquid-vapor-gas nitrogen gas graph has isophobic quitevertical while the well-marked line below separates the gasvapor part from liquid one.The horizontal line at 100-101 kelvin identifies critical valuesliquid-vapor value 8 bars, while at critical value 97.2 k shouldbe the isobara at about 6.8 bars.The compressability factor graph shows different Z values fordifferent gases. Applying to each gas its critical pressure andcritical temperature they all have same behavior.At very low pressures they behave like perfect gasesregardless of temperature, while at high temperatures they act as perfect gases regardless of pressure. The maximumdeviation is critical point area.Essentially then, by applying the same system to almost allgas, in theory you can liquefie them and produce energyusing this system.Description of drawing No. 2 To increase your understandingof how the circuit works and then complete I entered design2 that shows some of the following I think that is enough toclarify what has already been said in the application. Same.Before this though, in the First Principle equation it was saidthat the value 645 j should be removed the amount 243 j perevaporation entalpia (or potential energy) in how negativethis is compared to the speed of the molecules and the netbalance 402 j (645 j - 243 j) in this case.Strictly speaking, it is also true that at the time of the end ofthe entire cycle (liquefaction) the total between energyabsorbed and sold (for entalpia or otherwise) must return tobalance : In fact carrying from steam liquid with 6.8 bar andT plus 101 k the fluid receives : on the other side of theliquefaction sector; - 450 j gives them in the Turbine T2; 164j receives them compression (P1) ; 645 j receives them fromthe Rad radiator (amb. External) ; – 116 j he gives them upin the T1 turbine; – 2314 j cedes them in liquefaction to 8bars.The total from one positive balance of 243 j resulting fromrecompression from 6.8 to 8 Bars (and also mild recovery).(These should be extracted from the heat tube and Sb2container with the Reg. controller in drawing 2).The 1 drawing then was completed with the addition of aregulator (Reg) (inserted on the top of the heat tube in theinner sez. has been transformed into drawing no.The regulator picks up a certain amount of heat energy inSb1 (because its fluid is at a lower temp. Sb2 with a valuethat can change between a minimum of 223.5 k and amaximum of 247.8 V7 and V8 valves (electronicallycontrolled valves). The valves are must always be part of the programmedvalues.Essentially, average liquefaction can be about 10 gr/sec if theincoming T always spins around 276.4 k. If this exceedsthem then the V7 must be closed and the V8 opened (It isnecessary that on Sb2 you take less thermal energy from theRadi radiator being the fluid warmer than the 223.5k value).If the internal temperature were to drop below that value (orrather : if, for example, the ambient temperature in input onthe Rad radiator drops below 288 k) then the V8 must bepartially closed and partly open the V7.The delta T between Sb1 input and sb1 high output dependsso much on the goodness of the Exchanger. With a differenceof 24.3 k you're almost in the worst condition, and it's likelythat in an exchanger with good conductivity, the differencebetween input and exit may be smaller.For example, if this were to be only 6.4 k (so T ing T2 is 270k and not 276.4 k), the evaporation energy withdrawal wouldexceed the 2314 j that correspond, as we have seen, to thetotal of those sold in liquefaction then : [(270 k – 97.2 k) x10 g . 2314 damage : - 179 j ].This would lead to an increase in liquefied quantity byintervening the N1 deposit to equalize the pressure and alsothe amount of molecules in the internal sector.

                            To prevent this from happening, the system mustcontinuously read the difference between high input andoutput Sb1 and act on V7 and V8 valves (time control andflow) so that only the value 64 j, in this case, (6.4 k x 10 g)actually enters in Sb2 compared to the minimum value set inkelvin is worth 223.5 k.Along with the Reg regulator in the design was also insertedthe Serb1 tank coming out of the T2 turbine to betterstabilize the pressure at 6.8 Bar. A simplification of the circuit can be obtained by working witha single turbine, i.e. only with the T2, but at at the expenseof the net power produced.To conclude then, in the system enter : [(402 j (Rad) - 164 j(P1)] From the system come out : (450 j plus 116 j) - 566 jmechanics ; Net product and extract 402 j mechanics (566 j– 164 j plus 402 j mecc).Unfortunately, many other (technical tables, accuratedescription of exchangers, sensors, algorithms for processcontrol, electrical system, control boards speed of engines,etc.) but I don't think they're necessary for the welcomequestion itself.CO2 splitting and environmental purification :For descriptive simplicity it was omitted description of theblock that purifies and liquefies Aria, from which they arethen also extracted liquid oxygen and nitrogen.In any case, the preparation of liquid air is quite simple butstill necessary to make the whole System. This involvesdecarbonizing the fluid, plus if you want, CO2 splitting bytaking some of the energy from the plant Same.Essentially, you first produce hydrogen and oxygen fromelectrolysis, then you H2 in combination with CO2. The resultfrom graphite, water, heat and new oxygen.In faith : Tiberio Simonetti
