...praticamente è costituita da una mesh (maglia, rete..) di rame trattata con una soluzione alcalina tale da renderla super-idrofobico (repellente); il liquido viene spinto da questa dentro il tubo di plexiglass la tensione superficiale fa il resto del lavoro.
